As temperatures begin to warm up here in San Francisco, I’m excited to start spending sunny weekend afternoons outside on the patio. I’m also excited to test my green thumb in the garden and to plan al fresco dinner parties. Here are a few beautiful outdoor areas inspiring me to make the most of my backyard this spring.
I have these chairs from the above photo on my patio right now and despite how nervous I was about white cushions outdoors, they clean incredibly easily and have been holding up great.
Last year I purchased the navy blue and white tribal striped rug pictured above (from Target), but it didn't hold up well after an unusually rainy spell in San Francisco. I recently replaced it with this black and white striped rug, and I already think it's going to be easier to maintain.
